How rad are these Nori-Sheets?! They are part of the Katagami Exhibit at the Mitsubishi Ichigokan Museum in Tokyo and can only be bought there (already sold out). Needless to say, would love to see that exhibition and how the western artists were inspired by these intricate motifs at the turn of the century. Still love all things Japonism.

In case you are as fascinated by Katagami as I am, you might like Mitsuaki Koshizuka, a very prolific Japanese Photographer who did poetic nudes using Katagami.
